Fairford Flower Collective

The Collective was created after a series of unconnected but fortuitous events in 2018. United by our love of flowers, growing and designing with them, Beth, Tess, Ruth and I decided to work together to support each other's businesses. The results have surpassed every expectation and proves that collaboration wins over competition every time.  Here's a little bit about the other businesses and what we do:

Iris & Wilf - run by Tess Wardman in Fairford. Tess is a talented flower grower and specialises in cut flowers, particularly dahlias. Her flowers have zero air miles, no single use plastic and no chemicals. She juggles flower growing with raising her two children Iris and Wilf. Tess offers a DIY bucket service, monthly subscription service and gift bouquet service.

Honeymoon Fern Flowers - run by Beth Bruce-Gardner in Fairford. Beth is a wonderful artisan florist who creates wild and whimsical floral designs for weddings, funerals and gift bouquets. She uses mainly British flowers and works foam-free. She is a member of Flowers from the Farm.

The Cotswold Garden - run by Ruth Robinson in Lechlade. Ruth has been going the longest and fell into flowers by accident. She has an amazing garden, full of blooms and bees - all grown with just good soil, sunshine, water and lots of love. Ruth creates gorgeous gift bouquets and boho rustic wedding flowers. She is also a member of Flowers from the Farm.

As a group, we run workshops at Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day. We have a stall selling lots of Christmassy loveliness at the Fairford Christmas Market and we also give talks on growing cut flowers for local WIs and gardening clubs. Get in touch to book us for your club.

We have also been selected to create a Floral Window in the Great Pavilion at next year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show!!
