Jaw-dropping hanging florals at Kin House

Interior designer Melissa and her soulmate Tom chose Kin House in Wiltshire for their wedding day, and florals featured high on their priority list. Melissa and I worked closely to create a cohesive look and feel to the ceremony and reception spaces, blending soft sky blues and warm whites. The stand-out feature was the huge floral canopy of hanging flowers in the reception space, nestled amongst a ceiling draped by textile artist Mia Sylvia. This centrepiece literally took everyone's breath away as they entered the Kilvert Hall for the reception. The ceremony took place in the Garden House and the backdrop was an abundant implied floral arch, full of native foliage and huge white and blue hydrangeas and delphiniums. To complement her bespoke Sally Bean Couture gown with lace train details, I designed a timeless bridal bouquet of pure white calla lilies. The guest tables were filled with floral centrepieces and candles whilst the top table had a stunning full length floral runner with our signature floral 'puddles' of flowers to the floor at each end. A day to remember !
