This one was EVERYTHING you could possibly want for a stylish city wedding - red vintage London buses, silver sandals and cool jazz saxophonist - not to mention the flowers!

US based clients Simone and Tom choose to get wed in central London with the help of wedding planner Lindsay Whitwell from LW Events. We were thrilled to be asked to design the flowers for this wedding which fully embraced the monochromatic modern vibe. The couple were married in a city centre church where we added huge floral urn displays for the top of the aisle before making their way to Devonshire Terrace, a chic glazed cocktail bar destination in the heart of Devonshire Square.

All white Bridal Bouquet and Bridesmaids Flowers for a chic London wedding

Our international couple chose London for their sophisticated black-tie wedding, starting with a traditional ceremony at a historic Catholic church followed by a high-fashion reception and party at the fashionable cocktail bar, Devonshire Terrace. Nestled in the heart of Devonshire Square, this spectacular glazed outdoor courtyard provided the ultimate urban backdrop for a truly chic wedding aesthetic that felt both metropolitan and timeless.

The day was a masterclass in clean lines and curated details. Simone was the epitome of a cool bride, absolutely nailing her bridal style with a blend of high-fashion accessories and classic elegance. From the fabulous silver Louboutin sandals (oh, how I wish I could walk in these!) to the delicate pearl bridal handbag, every element was chosen with the eye of a modern bride.

To complement this look, we designed a contemporary wedding florals narrative centered on a striking modern bridal bouquet. For Simone, we created a contemporary rose stack, utilising super-big, white reflexed roses to achieve a sculptural, high-impact silhouette. In a beautiful move toward sophisticated restraint, the four bridesmaids carried single-variety bouquets—a curated mix of hydrangeas, lilies, and orchids—providing a clean, structural contrast to the bride’s abundant roses. This intentional styling is a hallmark for the London bride who seeks to balance tradition with a sharp, fashion-forward edge.

The ceremony took place in a city centre Catholic Church with a vaulted ornate interior. To bring softness to this ancient space, we designed large floral urns on plinths, abundant with roses, hydrangeas and delphiniums.

The Wedding Reception Flowers at Devonshire Terrace, London

For this London wedding, the reception took place at the iconic Devonshire Terrace, a spectacular glazed outdoor courtyard cocktail bar nestled in the heart of Devonshire Square. The setting provided the ultimate urban backdrop for a truly chic wedding aesthetic that felt both metropolitan and timeless.

The tablescape was a masterclass in modern wedding florals and styling. We introduced a sophisticated monochromatic palette, where velvet black ribbons on the menus and black-rimmed charger plates added a sharp, graphic edge to the ethereal white blooms. Amber water glasses provided a warm, tonal contrast, grounding the design with a touch of vintage luxury.

To complement the glass-and-steel architecture of the city, we designed a series of all-white wedding florals that exuded contemporary elegance. The long top table was styled with on-trend white floral clouds—ethereal, sculptural installations that echoed the delicate textures of the bridal bouquet. These floral designs were crafted to create high-impact visual drama without obstructing the views across the space. They can be designed in a vessel or flat to the table for a 'no bowl' look. Guest tables were styled with single white roses in bud vases and tall taper candles.

As the city light began to fade, the atmosphere shifted. The guest tables featured a curated series of elegant white roses, layered with an abundance of flickering candlelight and white-shaded LED lamps. This intentional lighting design was crafted to evoke a sophisticated jazz club ambience as dusk fell over London, creating an intimate, glowing sanctuary within the glazed courtyard.

This celebration was the perfect fusion of modern London style and classic floral abundance—a testament to how a focused, all-white palette can transform a contemporary space into a romantic, high-end retreat.
